Rick Warren's False Teaching on 'Heavenly Rewards'

Chris Rosebrough, host of the Fighting for the Faith radio program, which airs on Pirate Christian Radio, recently ruffled some Purpose-Driven feathers when he created and posted the Purpose-Driven Heavenly Rewards Calculator (PDHRC). In this edition of the Fighting for the Faith radio show Rosebrough spends time Biblically critiquing the Rick Warren sermons that inspired him to create the PDHRC.

This program does a fantastic job of exposing Rick Warren's false teaching and scripture twisting and how his skewed view of sanctification undermines justification by grace alone through faith alone.

Texas Church Preaching About Movies Rather Than the Bible is Connected to Rick Warren

A Little Leaven has added a new exhibit to its Museum of Idolatry about Connection Church of Kyle, TX. This is the church that will be doing an entire summer long sermon series based on the latest Hollywood movies. Aparently the Bible isn't good enough for them.

Not surprisingly, A Little Leaven also documents the tie between Connection's lead pastor and Rick Warren. This is yet another example of the 'bad fruit' of Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Church model.

It is really clear that "Purpose Driven ≠ Christian"
